Is Delivery included?


We offer FREE delivery to mainland UK destinations, including mainland Scotland and Wales, but unfortunately not to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands. We can deliver to the Scottish Islands but this will be quoted for an on ad hoc basis. If you are ordering from outside these destinations, then we will be happy to quote you for only delivery by air/road/sea freight, please email or call us.

Small appliances will be delivered via tracked courier wherever possible to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

If you order a large appliance and opt for delivery without installation, this is to a room of your choice, as long as it's on the ground floor and no more than 5 steps.

It is your responsibility to check the equipment will fit through doors and around awkward corners. 

If only smaller vehicles can access the site, then you MUST let us know in advance as deliveries can be made on vehicles up to 18 tonne. Abortive deliveries will be charged if you have not advised us of this.

How about Installation?

We offer installation on all our large appliances.

Simply tick the box to add installation to any product(s) of your choice during the checkout to add this service to your order.

Our installation partners are all professionals & qualified for fitting gas appliances as well as electrical installations. But that doesn't mean there aren't caveats, for instance, our installers are not carpenters, so they only fit our goods into the space provided for them and do not have the tools to fundamentally change your kitchen.

Please carefully check the product dimensions before completing your order. And also make sure that we can get the appliances through any doors or round any awkward corners. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions.

If you prefer to have your local qualified engineer, or other qualified professional, carry out the installation, that's absolutely fine too. We'll deliver your order for free and you can arrange your own installation.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery and installation is carried out at the same time, if you are in mainland England, it's between 3 to 10 working days after your order confirmation. If you're in Scotland, Wales, or other parts, it's between 6 to 14 working days (unless otherwise specified).

Delivery and / or installation can also be delayed for up to 6 weeks (or more, just contact us), to ensure you get the product you want, make your order and we'll reserve your products until you're ready for them, otherwise we may sell-out of them.

Are your items in stock?

All of our products are available in stock for an immediate delivery unless stated otherwise.

Any items out of stock in the UK can be arranged to be imported, just give us a call or email us and we can make the arrangements for you.

What is your Returns & Cancellation Policy?

We hope that you will be happy with our Products and Services, but for any reason that you’re not 100% satisfied and feel it necessary to return, we have a simplified and hassle-free process. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please schedule a return with us within 14 days of receipt of the Product by calling us on 020 3488 3229 or emailing us at [email protected] You will need to have your delivery note ready, and take reasonable care of the Product and all of its associated packaging and all components. 

We will refund you the full price you paid for that Product directly to the credit/debit card you used to place the original order within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected your returned Product. You will only have to pay for the return pickup, however, if you would like to use your own courier Service, our returns address is Unit 5b Motorway industrial estate, Babbage Road, Stevenage, SG1 2TU.

Please note that we do not accept returns in person and we will schedule a pick-up from you or you will need to send the product to us. 

What is the warranty period? Are there any exclusions?

All of our products are provided with a 24 month warranty on parts and 1 year on labour. If you wish to purchase an extended warranty, we'd be happy to arrange that for you. 

In order for our warranty to be valid, the products must be installed and serviced regularly by a qualified engineer, water softeners must be fitted to all equipment that is fitted to a water supply.

Products that are not used in accordance with the instructions or cleaned and maintained regularly will unfortunately not be covered. For instance, all the products we sell are for residential use only, not for commercial use. 

Gaskets, glass panels, pizza stones and light bulbs are not covered by the warranty.

How should I sign for the goods?

All goods should be inspected as soon as they are delivered and any damage reported to the carrier by writing on the docket. If the carrier will not wait, please sign as damaged. Any claims for damage must be put in writing to us within 24 hrs of delivery.

How do I place a warranty call?

Please contact us with the model, serial number and date of purchase of the item along with your order number.

We're happy to accept all major UK credit/debit cards, Paypal, bank transfers, and shortly by crypto!
