Important Installation Information
Our cooker hoods are manufactured in Germany and are supplied with an EU plug. However, due to the high performance and powerful extraction capabilities of our cooker hoods, we strongly recommend that they be
hardwired into your electrical system by a qualified electrician. During installation, the EU plug will be removed to ensure a safe and efficient connection to your household wiring.
Hardwiring ensures optimal performance, providing a cleaner aesthetic with no visible plugs or wires and supporting the advanced features of our cooker hoods. For your safety and compliance with UK electrical
standards, we recommend using a professional electrician for installation.

1.Delivery and Installation Dates:
We want to clarify that your installation date will be seperate from your delivery date. Know that we work diligently to schedule your installation date as close as possible to your delivery date. Our approach involves two distinct companies—one for delivery and another for installation and recycling services. The separation allows for optimal coordination, guaranteeing a smooth experience. Delivery focuses on logistics and heavy lifting, while our professional engineers handle installations, disconnections and recycling.
2. Appointment Availability:
It is essential that you, the customer, notify us in advance if you are unable to be present for your scheduled installation appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and your prompt communication will allow us to reschedule the appointment and accommodate your needs appropriately.
3. Pre-installation Survey:
For all Gas Appliances, you will receive an online pre-installation survey via email.
Non-Gas Appliances are a relatively straightforward installation and do not require a survey. However, we may request a few photographs or essential details via text instead. It is crucial that you accurately and promptly fill in any pre-installation questions. The information provided enables our team to adequately prepare for the installation process, ensuring that we have the necessary tools and components to carry out the installation efficiently and safely.
4.Failure to Comply:
Failure to notify us of appointment unavailability or neglecting to submit the pre-installation survey accurately may lead to a failed or abandoned appointment. In such cases, the full installation charge may apply to cover the costs incurred by our team's time and resources.
5. Installation Fees:
Please be aware that the installation fee is non-refundable, even in the rare event where our technician visits your property and encounters circumstances that prevent the completion of the installation. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, but this policy helps us allocate resources effectively and maintain our commitment to punctuality and quality service.
