Our approach involves two distinct companies—one for delivery and another for installation and recycling services. The separation allows for optimal coordination, guaranteeing a smooth experience. Delivery focuses on logistics and heavy lifting, while our professional engineers handle installations, disconnections and recycling.
2. Appointment Availability:
It is essential that you, the customer, notify us in advance if you are unable to be present for your scheduled installation appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and your prompt communication will allow us to reschedule the appointment and accommodate your needs appropriately.
3. Pre-installation Survey:
Upon booking an installation appointment, you will receive an online pre-installation survey via email. For certain installations that are relatively straightforward, we may request a few photographs or essential details via text instead of sending an online survey.
