FAST & FREE UK DELIVERY

We offer completely free delivery for all products to all mainland UK destinations.

Smaller Appliances - (Kettles, Microwaves, Hobs & Hoods)
We use a fully tracked courier service for our smaller appliances. You’ll receive tracking details directly from the courier once your order has been dispatched, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery.
Typical delivery time is 3–5 working days across all UK mainland destinations. For Northern Scotland, the Highlands, and UK Islands, please allow up to an additional 5 working days.

Larger Appliances - (Range Cookers, Ovens, Fridge Freezers, Wine Coolers, Dishwashers)
Our larger appliances are delivered by experienced two-person teams who specialise in handling heavy kitchen products. You’ll receive direct communication from us to arrange a convenient delivery day — usually available within 3–5 working days of your order confirmation. Someone will need to be present at the address to receive and sign for the delivery.

Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver directly to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Grampian and Highlands, or the Channel Islands through our standard service.
If you’d like delivery to one of these destinations or anywhere outside our usual delivery area, we can provide a tailored quotation via air, road, or sea freight — please contact us by email or phone to arrange this.

 

Additional Info:

It is your responsibility to ensure your details are correct when placing your order. We need your email address & phone number to arrange your delivery and ensure you are kept informed of the progress of your order. Please check your order confirmation carefully and let us know immediately of any issues.

We will always aim to deliver within the above-mentioned times, however, unforeseen issues (such as bad weather, vehicle breakdowns etc) can affect shipments & therefore we are unable to guarantee a precise delivery date.

Please ensure there is a person at your nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of your order. Failure to do so may result in the customer being subject to a charge or re-delivery fee if no one is available to receive the goods. If you need to reschedule your delivery, this must be submitted 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Goods Lost In Transit:

In the unlikely event your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an immediate investigation with our carrier upon notification. Please be aware that we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement until the carrier’s investigation is complete. The investigation process typically takes 14 business days, but this timeframe may vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue. Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order prior to delivery, we encourage you to please act swiftly. Many of our appliances are picked and scheduled for delivery on the same day. Once an order has been scheduled and routed by our courier, our company incurs costs.

Due to the nature of our appliances, which require specialised handling and delivery by a professional white-glove service, a cancellation fee may apply.

Our delivery company will attempt delivery up to three times before cancelling the order or returning the item to us. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee if an order is cancelled before all three delivery attempts have been completed. Cancellation fees vary depending on the weight of the order and the delivery location, and can range between £60 to £200.
