Important Information

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising their right of withdrawal. Due to the size and weight of kitchen appliances, returns must be carried out by our specialist 2-man courier service and arranged through our customer service team. Return shipping costs may be significant. Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in appropriate packaging.

Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may be deducted from the refund.

Installation, recycling, and other completed services are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully carried out.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Terms & Conditions.
