Electronic Control System - Logic Control

The cooker hood is easily operated thanks to the modern Logic Control system.

Exhaust Air Operation Mode

The metal grease filter purifies cooking vapours and odours by capturing fatty components and other fine particles found in kitchen emissions. When necessary, the air exhaust ducts can be connected to the exhaust air system or directed outside.

Recirculation Air Operation Mode

Connecting the fume extractor hood to the ventilation system isn't always possible. In such cases, Kaiser extractor hoods can function as a filtration system. The metal grease filter initially captures fatty components and fine particles from cooking vapours, after which the odorous substances and micro-particles are directed through the activated charcoal filter. This process returns purified cooking vapours and fumes back into the kitchen.

Aluminum Corrugated Pipe

When used in exhaust mode, the 150 mm diameter aluminium pipe is easy to install, can be bent and stretched to the required length, and due to its lightweight nature, it doesn't necessitate additional fastening. Additionally, aluminium corrugated pipes are known for their long-term durability.

For 120 mm conduits, use the included adapter to connect the pipes.

Metal Grease Filter

This long-lasting filter is constructed from stainless materials, including stainless steel and aluminium.

Grease filters should be cleaned every two months during regular operation of the hood, either in a dishwasher or manually, using a mild detergent or liquid soap.

Charcoal Filter

The charcoal filter is crafted from chemically treated activated carbon with a high absorption capacity, capable of retaining particles of contaminating substances weighing up to five times its own weight. This carbon filter effectively eliminates various odours, smoke, and steam impurities. Install charcoal filters for operation in recirculation mode.
