Combining four powerful QuickHeat induction zones with an integrated extractor, this sophisticated 90cm hob removes the need for a conventional overhead cooker hood and helps preserve an open, minimalist kitchen design. Two flexible FREE-ZONE areas accommodate larger cookware and griddle plates, while Power booster technology delivers rapid heat whenever it is needed.

The integrated extractor captures steam, grease and cooking odours directly at hob level, with AUTO-SYNC automatically adjusting the extraction power to suit your cooking intensity. Finished in elegant black glass ceramic with bevelled edges, the KCT 9102 FI brings together powerful performance, intuitive slider controls and refined Grand Chef styling in one seamless appliance.

Description

Part of the Kaiser Grand Chef collection, the KCT 9102 FI combines responsive induction cooking with powerful integrated extraction. Its wide 90cm black glass-ceramic surface features elegant bevelled edges, creating a refined, streamlined appearance while providing generous space for preparing several dishes at once.

Four QuickHeat induction zones deliver heat directly to compatible cookware for fast, precise and energy-efficient cooking. Each zone includes a Power booster function, providing an additional burst of heat for rapidly boiling water, searing ingredients or bringing larger pans up to temperature.

The four cooking zones can also be combined into two flexible FREE-ZONE areas. Each enlarged 38 × 19cm zone adapts to larger pans, casserole dishes and compatible griddle plates, giving you greater freedom over the size and positioning of your cookware. An optional Kaiser griddle plate is available separately for preparing meat, vegetables, seafood and other grilled dishes directly on the hob.

Positioned centrally within the cooking surface, the integrated downdraft extractor captures steam, grease and cooking odours close to their source. It offers nine fan speeds and a maximum recirculation rate of 600m³/h. AUTO-SYNC technology automatically coordinates the extractor with the hob’s cooking power, increasing or reducing the airflow to match the intensity of cooking. The extractor can also be adjusted independently whenever manual control is preferred.

The Electronic Intelligent System brings the hob’s cooking and extraction functions together through an intuitive full-touch interface. Slider controls allow power levels to be adjusted quickly, while the LED display provides clear information about the selected settings. Individual timers can be programmed for the cooking zones, with an audible signal and remaining-time display helping you manage several dishes more accurately.

For added safety, residual heat indicators remain illuminated until the relevant cooking areas have cooled below 60°C. A child lock helps prevent unintended operation, while the Safety Guard system automatically switches the appliance off after a defined period. The smooth glass-ceramic surface and removable metal grease filter also make routine cleaning and maintenance straightforward.
