The La Perle Noire EH 6347 is part of Kaiser’s prestigious Signature Collection, delivering professional cooking performance with a bold, elegant design. Finished in Graphite Grey Matte Moiré with a refined metal and glass front, this XXL oven blends modern style with advanced functionality.

With a gross capacity of 86 litres (net 81 L), the oven provides 29 multifunctional modes, including Air-Fry, infrared grilling, hot air convection, top and bottom heat, and a wide range of specialist functions. Designed for both creativity and convenience, it offers over 50 pre-programmed recipes while allowing full manual control with temperatures adjustable between 50 °C and 250 °C in precise 5-degree steps.

The oven’s pyrolytic self-cleaning system incinerates residues at high heat, while steam cleaning provides an eco-friendly, quick-clean option. Combined with Kaiser’s EasyClean enamel interior, maintenance is simple and hygienic. Additional features include a tangential cooling system, triple-glazed thermo-reflective glass, and chrome side grids for safe and flexible tray handling.

Supplied with an Air-Fry basket, enamelled baking trays, a multifunction roast shelf, and a food probe, the EH 6347 is ready to take on any dish — from quick weekday meals to complex culinary projects.

Intelligent TFT Control System
The multilingual TFT touchscreen makes operation simple. With more than 50 pre-programmed recipes and intelligent recommendations for temperature, preheating, and cooking time, it delivers perfect results every time. Creative cooks can switch to manual mode and fine-tune settings in 5 °C increments.

Air-Fry & Infrared Grill
The Air-Fry function circulates hot air rapidly around food placed in the basket, producing crispy, healthy results without oil. The infrared grill delivers high-intensity heat, perfect for steaks, fish, or toasted dishes, with the option to combine grilling and convection for even browning.

Versatile Cooking Modes
Alongside its core functions, the oven offers defrosting, dough proving, yoghurt making, drying, plate warming, keep-warm mode, eco mode, pizza mode, multi-cooking, and delicate cooking. With 29 operating functions in total, it adapts to every recipe and cooking style.

Self-Cleaning Technology
Choose between pyrolytic cleaning, which incinerates residues at 400 °C, or steam cleaning for a quick refresh. The EasyClean enamel interior is durable, antibacterial, and easy to wipe, ensuring long-lasting hygiene.

The folding triple-glass door features thermo-reflective glass for safety and efficiency, while the tangential cooling system protects surrounding cabinetry. Removable inner panels, chrome rails, and a telescopic extension make handling trays safer and more convenient.
